20 X 100 House
An ongoing study exploring the possibilities of an existing industrial garage with complete lot coverage in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Maintaining the original shell of the building and its un-fenestrated walls left the roof being the only operable facade. As a standard 20' X 100' lot, this site exists in prime Williamsburg but is restricted on all sides by existing buildings.
